Every Kid's Dream!: Day Five: California Adventure/Disneyland Part Two

So we went back over to Disneyland to see the fireworks. When we arrived, Main St. was completely packed. I'd never seen so many people in Disneyland before! The lights were gorgeous and the crowds were excited. It was a fabulous atmosphere.

We walked around a bit and found that Disneyland is a completely different experience at night! We kept getting lost, but eventually found a reasonable place to view the fireworks.

The castle kept changing colours, and fireworks were going off all around us. I took video footage, but I would think watching it will make people motion sick because I kept having to turn around to see all the fireworks going off!

One of the highlights was the appearance of Tinkerbell flying around above us. It was very cool.

We walked past the TeaCups which the kids decided they absolutely had to go on again. I got some great video of that.

The kids took off to try and go on the Indiana Jones ride again, but got a bit lost and ended up on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

Some last minute Disney shopping and then we headed home. We stopped through Macca's on the way home and eventually got to bed just before 1am!! Hence why I couldn't be buggered finishing off yesterday's blog properly.

A construction barrier provided a nice backdrop. California adventure was an adventure in avoiding construction. Lots of new attractions opening up in the future apparently.
